Consent to Act as a Director (new)
Nominations for vacant positions under the current Constitution (if SGM does not pass) must be received by post or email at the IHNSW office by 5:00pm Friday 21st November 2025.
Nominations for Director positions under the new Constitution should it pass must be received by post or email at the IHNSW office by 5:00pm Friday 14th November 2025.
Proxy forms under the current Constitution (if SGM does not pass) must be received by post or email at the IHNSW office by 5:00pm Thursday 27th November 2025.
All nominations and proposer/seconders must be current members of Ice Hockey NSW as of October 31st 2025 when the membership role closes.
