Referees and Linesperson
Without Referees and Linespeople, we would not have a sport. Our officials are integral in providing a safe and fair competition.
The Officiating course include’s online course work and exam in addition to the face-to-face course to finalise the accreditation. The on ice component will be separate and possibly have sessions early in the season.
A reminder that Clubs are now responsible to ensure Referees are available to cover the games in womens and Senior Divisions. There is no longer a 5 Referee per team requirement, but Clubs are responsible for game coverage when the Referee Allocator cannot get Officials to cover the games.
