All eligible Bantam players are invited to attend tryouts for the IHNSW Team to participate in the 2022 Kurt De Fris National Championship which will be held between
28th-31st July at HISS Newcastle
Please arrive at least 1 hour before tryout time for warm-up.
Attendance at all three tryouts is expected where applicable but not compulsory.
The third tryout is by invitation only.
IHNSW will provide selectors to evaluate and select players from the tryouts, input may be sought from club team coaches. It is to your advantage to attend all three tryouts where applicable. The $45 tryout fee is payable regardless of the number of tryouts you attend.
It is essential you wear a jersey with your name & number on it. You must wear the same jersey to all three tryouts. The selectors will be identifying you by what you are wearing and it needs to correspond to the jersey listed.
Players must wear full safety equipment. If you do not have the correct equipment, you will not be permitted to try out.
Team members will be required to stay in team accommodation with Team Officials for the duration of the tournament. There will be charges to cover tournament entry fees, accommodation, food, entertainment and bus hire. A detailed budget will be released to the team after selection. If selected it is a requirement to wear a white helmet sourced and procured yourself.

Players that are unavailable during the tryout period are asked to contact the Team Coach directly to be considered for the Team.
