First Training is next Sunday 4th June 445pm-545pm at LCC. Acceptance of a position on the NSW Defris Team means committing to all trainings. Defris training must be put ahead of all other Hockey Commitments.
Reserves are invited to train with the Team in the early part of the preparation weeks.
